Lindsey Ford grew up in Fort Myers, Florida. Her knowledge in operations and management have provided her with organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Before joining CEPD she was the property manager of a residential community, overseeing staff members and managing board meeting/ association procedures including budgeting and rules regulations of the community, while providing costumer service to all the residents and visitors.
